Certified NFL agent Bradley J. Cicala is the President/CEO and Founder of Terra Firma Sports Management. Cicala oversees all aspects of both professional and personal development of the athletes within the Terra Firma family.

Prior to founding Terra Firma, he co-founded (and continues to be a major shareholder of) an IT asset management consulting firm (Cicala & Associates, LLC) with offices in New York, Ohio, and Florida. He has also been actively engaged as a partner with real-estate ventures and development projects in New Jersey.

Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

Frank credits his passion for this career to growing up in the blue-collar, small town of multi National High School Football Champion, Berwick, Pennsylvania. Through his years there, he gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and intrigue for the sport but also an understanding for the athletes themselves. Even though he played multiple sports, Frank had a greater focus in the business realm as he became an active member of the Lawyers Explorer Post and Future Business Leaders of America. Since graduating from Florida State University in 1996 with a degree in both Criminology and Criminal Justice, Frank has had a long history of success in finance and contract negotiation, as well as management and director roles with industry giants, such as Automotive Investment Group, Lehman Brothers Financial and AutoNation. Frank’s experience in the sports industry began in 2010, after joining XL Sports Management as Director of Player Personnel, then as a Certified Contract Advisor in 2013. His corporate, entrepreneurial and sports industry experience equip Frank with a unique skill set to provide his clients with innovative approaches to maximize their opportunities, both in the short and long term of their respective careers


Director of Client Relations and Operations

A graduate of the University of Alabama’s Pre -Law program and business department, Asha has worked in many places revolving around the sports industry ranging from the college level all the way to the Pro’s. She has been given the responsibility to oversee community relations, marketing and events production as well as player personnel. Most prominently she was involved while in college with Alabama’s Football Program of student recruitment. Asha now resides in Columbus, Ohio as the Director of Client relations and operations catering to Terra Firma Sports Management most elite athletes.
